植物生长调节剂对4种杜鹃花扦插生根的影响

Effects of Growth Regulators on the Rooting of Cuttings of Rhododendron Cultivars

以杜鹃花园艺品种‘瑞紫’Rhododendron simsii‘Ruizi’‘紫孔雀’R.simsii‘Zikongque’‘白香玉’R.simsii‘Baixiangyu’和‘盛春1号’R.simsii‘Shengchun1’作为实验材料,研究IAA、IBA和NAA 3种生长激素及其不同浓度处理对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:不同生长调节剂对4种杜鹃花的生根率影响差异显著,其中‘紫孔雀’和‘白香玉’使用IBA效果最佳,‘瑞紫’和‘盛春1号’促根效果最佳的生长调节剂分别是NAA和IAA;激素种类与浓度交互作用显著影响生根指标,不同浓度和不同激素的交互作用对杜鹃花生根率的影响达到极显著差异。根据研究结果,最终筛选了适合不同品种的最佳促根激素组合:‘瑞紫’最佳的扦插生根激素为NAA100 mg·L^-1,‘紫孔雀’最佳生根激素为IBA100 mg·L^-1,‘盛春1号’最佳生根激素为IAA 50 mg·L^-1,‘白香玉’最佳的扦插生根激素为IBA200 mg·L^-1。

In this study,taking the softwoods of Rhododendron simsii‘Ruizi’,R.simsii‘Zikongque’,R.simsii‘Baixiangyu’and R.simsii‘Shengchun No.1’as materials to study different mass concentrations of IAA,IBA,NAA and their interactions on the rooting of cuttings of different Rhododendron cultivars.The results show that effects of different mass concentrations of growth regulators on the rooting percentage,adventitious root number and the longest root length have very significant differences under the treatments.R.simsii‘Zikongque’and R.simsii‘Baixiangyu’have the best effect with IBA.The best promoting-root-growth effect of R.simsii‘Ruizi’and R.simsii‘Shengchun No.1’is NAA and IAA.The interactions of different mass concentrations and different growth regulators have very significant differences on the rooting percentage.According to the results of the study,the best combination of growth regulator suitable for different cultivars was screened.The best growth regulator and concentration of R.simsii‘Ruizi’,R.simsii‘Zikongque’,R.simsii‘Baixiangyu’and R.simsii‘Shengchun No.1’is NAA 100 mg·L^-1,IBA100 mg·L^-1,IAA 50 mg·L^-1 and IBA200 mg·L^-1.
