摘要
基于知识创新、科研创新和产品创新三阶段的创新价值链理论,构建自主研发、外部技术获取与创新价值链动态升级的逻辑和机制,采用我国2009~2018年的省际面板数据,通过建立联立方程组模型,对三阶段创新价值链之间互动关系以及自主研发与外部技术获取对创新价值链的不同影响进行研究。在区分不同区域创新过程中的协同性和挤占性基础上,利用全国样本和东部地区与中西部地区分区域样本进行实证分析。研究结果表明,研发经费支出、研发人员投入等自主研发要素和国际科技交流、中间品进口、对外直接投资等外部技术获取均对创新价值链的提升有显著影响。在不同区域创新价值链方面,东部地区创新要素之间的协同性高于中西部地区。
Based on the innovative value chain theory of knowledge innovation,scientific research innovation and product innovation,this paper constructs the logic and mechanism for independent R&D,external technology obtaining and the dynamic upgrade of the innovative value chain. This article adopts the inter-provincial panel data from 2009 to 2018,and establishes a simultaneous equations model to explore the interactions among the three stages of the innovative value chain and study the different impacts of independent R&D and external technology obtaining on the innovative value chain. On the basis of distinguishing the synergy and crowding in the innovation process of different regions,we use the national samples and the samples of the eastern,central and western regions to conduct analyses. The research results show that R&D expenses, R&D personnel investment,other independent R&D elements,as well as external technology obtaining elements including international scientific and technological exchanges,intermediate imports and outward foreign direct investment all have significant impact on the promotion of innovative value chain. In terms of regional innovation value chain,the synergy among the innovation elements in eastern area is more obvious than that in central and western area.
