摘要
目的优化高效液相色谱法测定小麦粉中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的分析方法。方法以C 18为色谱柱,甲醇:四丁基溴化铵-乙酸钠混合溶液(pH 4.0)体积比为5:95为流动相,三氯甲烷净化提取液,三氯化铁衍生EDTA-2Na。结果乙二胺四乙酸二钠浓度在2~100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.99999),检出限2.0 mg/kg,定量限7.0 mg/kg,平均回收率在89%以上。结论本方法简便快捷、结果准确、重复性良好,适合测定小麦粉中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的含量。
Objective To optimize the method for determination of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate in wheat flour by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods C18 column was used as the chromatographic column,and the volume ratio of methanol:tetrabutylammonium bromide-sodium acetate mixed solution(pH 4.0)was 5:95 as mobile phase.The chloroform was used to purify the extract,and EDTA-2Na was derived from ferric chloride.Results The linear relationship was good when the concentration of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate was 2-100μg/mL(r2=0.99999),the detection limit was 2.0 mg/kg,the limit of quantification was 7.0 mg/kg,and the average recovery rate was above 89%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and repeatable,which is suitable for the determination of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate in wheat flour.
