摘要
目的探讨分段无缝式扫描联合数据重组技术较传统法在改进急诊头面部外伤CT检查中的应用效果。方法收集2017年7月至2019年9月合肥市滨湖医院60例急诊头面部CT检查患者,根据扫描方式不同,将其分为改进组与常规组,每组30例。改进组行分段无缝扫描,常规组行传统扫描模式。分析两组患者扫描后检查耗时、头颅部及面部剂量长度乘积(DLP)、总剂量长度乘积(TDLP)及总有效剂量(TED)的差异,比较两组患者图像质量差异。结果改进组患者平均检查耗时(89.50±18.56)s、头部平均DLP为(744.48±0.00)mGy×cm、面部DLP为(192.32±16.52)mGy×cm、TDLP为(938.73±16.04)mGy×cm、TED为(1.97±0.03)mSv,均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者图像质量均符合诊断要求,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),颅面交界连续性骨折三维显示,改进组较常规组好,改进组可实现头面部一体化重建图像。结论头面部外伤CT检查中应用分段无缝式扫描合并数据重组技术,可缩短检查耗时,降低头面部辐射剂量,并实现头面部一体化三维影像。
Objective To explore the application value of segmented seamless scanning combined with data reorganization in improving CT examination of emergency head and face trauma.Methods Sixty patients with emergency head and face CT examination from July 2017 to September 2019 in Hefei Binhu Hospital were collected.According to the different scanning methods,they were divided into improved group and routine group,with 30 cases in each group.In improved group,segmented and seamless scanning was used,while in conventional group,traditional scanning mode was used.The differences in time consumption,head and face DLP,TDLP and TED of the two groups were compared after scanning.Comparison of the difference in image quality was performed in two groups usingχ^2 tests.Results The mean examination time(89.50±18.56)s,head mean DLP(744.48±0.00)mGy×cm,face mean DLP(192.32±16.52)mGy×cm,mean TDLP(938.73±16.04)mGy×cm,TED(1.97±0.03)mSv in improved group were all lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The image quality between the two groups was in accordance with the diagnostic requirements,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The three-dimensional display of continuous fracture of the head and face junction showed that the improved group was better than the conventional group,and the improved group could realize the integrated reconstruction of the head and face image.Conclusions The technique of segmented seamless scanning combined with data recombination in CT examination of head and face trauma can shorten the examination time,reduce the radiation dose of head and face,and realize the integrated 3D image of head and face.
