Goal,Core and Connotation:"Three,Four,Five"Characteristics of Party Construction in the New Era

党的十八大后,党的建设进入新时代,党的十九大报告勾勒了新时代党的建设的宏伟蓝图。新时代党的建设在目标、核心、内涵等方面呈现出"三四五"新常态特征:以建设"三型政党"为抓手,明确新时代党建工作的总目标;以强化"四个意识"为引领,形成新的伟大工程的坚强领导核心;以贯穿制度建设的"五位一体"党建为内涵,开创全面从严治党新时代。

After the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the Party’s construction entered a new era.The 19 th National Congress of the CPC outlined the grand blueprint of the Party’s construction in the new era.In the new era,the party’s construction presents the new normal characteristics of"three,four,five"in terms of objectives,core and connotation:to take the construction of"three types of political parties"as the starting point,to define the general objectives of the party’s construction in the new era;To strengthen the"four consciousnesses"as a guide to form a strong leadership core for the new great project;Taking the"fivein-one party building"that runs through the system construction as its connotation,a new era of allround and strict party management will be created.
