党的初心是依靠全体党员个体的初心去承载的,每个党员的初心支撑起党的初心。确保"不忘初心、牢记使命"的制度落实生效,首先在于党员个体初心的良性发育与保持。而党员个体初心作为一种自我心理认知,在入党之时会呈现出理性自觉型、感性自发型、自私利己型三种初始样态。入党后,受所在地区或单位政治生态的影响,会最终衍变成初心的巩固、迷茫、堕落三种样态。新时代要确保党员初心的良性发育与保持,应回到党员初心发育过程之中,分析其中的问题并提出针对性的实践路径,就要坚持精神滋养,厚植党内政治文化;突出重点,抓好党内"关键少数";严把关口,做细党员发展工作;制度安排,源头入手净化生态。
