摘要
PM2.5指环境空气中空气动力学直径≤2.5μm的颗粒物.众多研究从不同方面将PM2.5中气体或金属成分与冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常等心血管疾病联系起来.潜在机制为:氧化应激、炎症反应、出凝血系统异常、自主神经系统紊乱、血管内皮细胞损伤、动脉粥样硬化和表观遗传学改变等.本文将从流行病学、作用机制、表观遗传学和预防策略这几个方面综述PM2.5对心血管疾病影响的研究进展.
PM2.5 refers to particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter ≤2.5 microns in the air.Numerous studies have linked gas or metal components in PM2.5 to cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,heart failure and arrhythmias.The latent mechanisms are:oxidative stress,inflammatory response,abnormal coagulation system,autonomic nervous system disorder,vascular endothelial cell injury,atherosclerosis and epigenetic changes.This article reviews the research progress of PM2.5 on cardiovascular disease from the aspects of epidemiology,mechanisms,epigenetics and prevention strategies.
