摘要 为建立科学的鸡精液稀释方法,选取4种稀释液,测定稀释精液后的精子活力,对比精液稀释后在20、25、30、35、40、8℃有效保存时间,统计精液被1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4稀释后进行人工授精对种鸡群受精率的影响差异。结果显示,不同稀释液对精子活力的影响较大(P<0.01);精液等温稀释后在40℃可保存精液1.5 h,8℃冷藏保存24 h内精子活力无明显变化;原精、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3稀释后人工授精,受精率无明显差异(P>0.05),但1∶4稀释后受精率显著下降(P<0.05)。研究结果为种鸡生产中人工授精工作效率提升和减少公鸡饲养数量提供参考依据。 In order to establish a scientific method of chicken semen dilution,four kinds of diluents were selected to determine the sperm motility after dilution,and the effective preservation time at 20,25,30,35,40,8 ℃ was compared,statistical analysis of the effect of artificial insemination with semen diluted by 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4 on the fertilization rate of breeding chicken.The results showed that different diluents had a significant effect on sperm motility(P<0.01),the sperm could be preserved at 40 ℃ for 1.5 h and at 8 ℃ for 24 h.There was no significant difference in the fertilization rat(P>0.05),but the fertilization rate decreased significantly(P<0.05) after 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3 dilution.The results can provide reference for improving the efficiency of artificial insemination and reducing the number of roosters in breeding chicken production.
