该文主要以地塞米松在兽医临床中的正确使用方法研究为重点进行阐述,结合目前地塞米松药物实际使用情况为依据,首先,分析地塞米松存在的药理作用与地塞米松的毒副作用,包括抗炎与抗霉素,抗过敏与抗休克,引产与降低手术后遗症,降低免疫力水平与引发虚脱现象,制约正常生长引发感染,造成机能不完全。其次,从禁止使用在一般感染性疾病和幼畜治疗中、禁止使用在蛋鸡生产时期与外伤治疗中、抗菌性能药物配合使用、不要滥用与久用骤停、配伍禁忌几个方面深入说明并探讨地塞米松在兽医临床中的正确使用方法。

This article focuses on the study of the proper use of dexamethasone in veterinary practice,and the actual use of dexamethasone,to analyze the pharmacological effects and dexamethasone side effects of dexamethasone,including anti inflammatory and antimycin,anti allergic and anti shock,induction of labor and reduction of postoperative sequelae,reduction of immunity level and initiation of debility,restricting normal growth leads to infection,resulting in incomplete function.Secondly,the correct use of dexamethasone in veterinary clinic was discussed from the following aspects.Prohibition of use in the treatment of general infectious diseases and young animals,prohibition of use in the production period of laying hens and in the treatment of trauma,cooperation of antibacterial performance drugs,no abuse and long use sudden stop,incompatibility of compatibility.
