摘要
依托内在好奇心和外在具体任务的双重驱动,通过构建开放性立体化的教学模式,可显著激发受试学生学习兴趣,增强主体能动性,从而使学生主体的创新精神得到激发,情感价值体验得到满足,创新意识和思维品质得到明显提升,有助于培养具有良好知识结构和创新思维能力的复合应用型人才。
Through systematical reforming on teaching guidelines, contents, methods, and inspection, the subjective innovative spirits were sparked, the emotional demands for self-value was satisfied, and the innovative thinking ability was significantly enhanced by the driving forces from inner curiosity and specific tasks. In addition, with the systematic design and reforming on teaching process, the studying interest and ambition were enhanced, the knowledge understanding was sharpened and the thinking perception on food logistic was strengthened. Therefore, the establishment of open and stereo teaching system is helpful to culture the comprehensive talents with satisfied knowledge and innovative thinking.
