摘要 随着信息技术飞速发展,计算机已融入人们日常生活之中,地方本科院校培养计算机应用型人才既能满足经济社会发展的需要,也能促进专业转型发展。运用构建竞赛长效机制、修订人才培养方案、成立兴趣小组、设立开放性实验室等手段,探索基于学科竞赛的计算机应用型人才培养新模式。实践证明,该模式取得良好效果,提高了学生的工程实践能力,促进了计算机应用型人才的培养。 With the rapid development of information technology, computers have been integrated into people’s daily life. Training computer application-oriented talents in local undergraduate colleges can not only meet the needs of economic and social development, but also promote professional transformation and development. This paper explores a new mode of computer application-oriented talents training based on subject competition by means of constructing a long-term mechanism of competition, revising the talent training program, setting up interest groups and setting up open laboratories. Practice has proved that this model has achieved good results, improved the practical ability of students’ engineering, and promoted the cultivation of computer application talents.
