摘要
以发动机凸轮轴失效案例为基础,采用面向过程排查的原则,论述在设计、制造及使用过程中与凸轮轴失效相关的因素和机理。面向过程的分析是分析发动机金属零部件失效的有效方法,也助于提高发动机金属零部件的产品质量。
This paper discourses relevant factors of design,manufacture and use that can cause fracture or wear failure of camshaft with the process oriented principle based on the failure cases of engine camshaft.The process-oriented analysis is an effective way to analyze failures of metal parts of engine and helpful for improving the quality of the parts.
