摘要
发动机螺栓静态扭矩的检测,对于发动机的装配质量至关重要。针对某系列发动机多品种、小批量的特点,设计制作了专用的螺栓静态扭矩检测工作台,并开发了发动机装配线螺栓静态扭矩检测系统。该系统优化了螺栓静态扭矩数据采集的整个过程,实现了扭矩数据的自动传输、报表的实时生成、特定数据的分类查询与汇总,有效提高了发动机螺栓静态扭矩检测过程的效率。该系统通用性强,可以在其他发动机装配线上推广应用。
Detecting the static torques of bolts is significant for ensuring the quality of engine assembly.Aiming at the characteristic of large in variety and small in production of an engine series,a specialized workbench for detecting the static torque was designed and fabricated,and a detecting system which can optimize the process of collecting the static torques of bolts was also developed for the engine assembly.The system can collect and transmit the data automatically,make report-forms in real time,and realize the classification of special date for querying and summarizing,which advances the efficiency of the process of detecting the static torques of bolts.Moreover,the system is so highly general in use that it can promise a good application in other engine assemblies.
