摘要
为了探究高压脉冲对矿石进行选择性破碎的机制,本工作研制了高压脉冲放电破碎矿石设备,包括对整流滤波及倍压电路、高压脉冲发生器主体电路、电压测量电路和设备整体电路的设计与设备联调;最后进行了高压脉冲破碎矿石实验,结果显示,当设备脉冲上升沿时间小于500纳秒,电压幅值达到几十至几百千伏时,可以将矿石选择性破碎。
In order to explore the mechanism of selective crushing of ore by high-voltage pulses,this research has developed a high-voltage pulse discharge crushing ore equipment,including the design and testof rectifier-filter and voltage multiplier circuit,the main circuit of the high-voltage pulse generator,the voltage measurement circuit and the overall circuit of the equipment.Finally,a high-voltage pulse crushing ore experiment was performed.The results show that when the equipment pulse rising time is less than 500 nanoseconds and the voltage amplitude reaches tens to hundreds of kilovolts,the ore can be selectively crushed.
