一种内嵌式显影环导管性能的研究

摘要 在介入治疗领域,显影性对介入导管至关重要,但绝大部分显影环是通过压握机固定在导管的内、外表面,在临床使用时,显影环与人体组织直接接触,一方面显影环与导管结合不紧密会损伤组织;另一方面,显影环作为重金属,可能会有析出,出现致敏反应。而内嵌式显影环位于导管管体内部,显影环不与人体组织或血液接触,临床操作时,避免了因显影环给组织带来损害的风险;同时,也避免了因显影环给人体带来的生物学风险,极大的提高了产品的安全性。为了减小显影环在临床上的风险,本次实验对导管的内嵌式显影环技术进行了探索,并对内嵌式显影环导管的外观、尺寸、显影性以及拉力等性能进行了研究,结果表明内嵌式显影环对导管的外观、尺寸、显影性和拉力等性能几乎没有影响。 In the field of interventional therapy,development is very important to the interventional catheter,but most of the developing ring is fixed on the inner and outer surface of the catheter through the grip machine.In clinical use,the developing ring is in direct contact with human tissue.On the one hand,the combination of the developing ring and the catheter is not close will damage the tissue;on the other hand,as a heavy metal,the developing ring may precipitate and produce sensitization reaction.The embedded developing ring is located inside the catheter body,and the developing ring does not come into contact with human tissue or blood,so in clinical operation,the risk of tissue damage caused by the developing ring is avoided;at the same time,the biological risk brought to the human body by the developing ring is avoided,and the safety of the product is greatly improved.In order to reduce the clinical risk of the developing ring,the embedded developing ring technology of the catheter was explored,and the appearance,size,development and tension of the embedded developing ring catheter were studied.The results show that the embedded developing ring has little effect on the appearance,size,development and tension of the catheter.
