我国建筑节能现状及未来发展趋势分析

建筑行业作为耗能大户,在当前我国大力提供节能减排的新形势下,建筑行业在发展过程中需要重视节能理念的融入。相较于发达国家,我国建筑节能起步较晚,目前建筑节能还没有形成规模。但随着当前我国城市化水平和经济水平的不断提升,建筑能源消耗问题越来越被受到重视,这就在一定程度上促进了建筑节能技术的发展,但一直以来节能技术的发展相对落后,缺乏先进的技术支撑。文章从我国建筑节能的现状入手,分析了优化建筑节能的措施,并进一步对我国建筑节能的未来发展趋势进行了具体的阐述。

The construction industry as a major energy consumer,in the current new situation of vigorously providing energy conservation and emission reduction in China,the construction industry needs to pay attention to the integration of the concept of energy conservation in the process of development.Compared with developed countries,building energy conservation in China started relatively late,and at present,building energy conservation has not yet formed a scale.However,with the continuous improvement of China's urbanization and economic level,the problem of building energy consumption has been paid more and more attention,which has promoted the development of building energy-saving technology to a certain extent,but the development of energy-saving technology has been relatively backward and lacks advanced technical support.Starting with the present situation of building energy saving in our country,this paper analyzes the measures to optimize building energy saving,and further expounds the future development trend of building energy saving in China.
