某电子制造企业搬迁遗留地块土壤及地下水环境调查与评估

以湖北省某地电子制造企业搬迁遗留地块为研究对象,依据《建设用地土壤污染状况调查技术导则》(HJ 25.1-2019)、《建设用地土壤污染风险管控和修复监测技术导则》(HJ 25.2-2019)和《建设用地土壤环境调查评估技术指南》等相关技术规范,对场地开展土壤与地下水环境调查,共布设10个场内土壤监测点,4个场内地下水监测点,以及1个场外土壤和地下水对照点,采集送检土壤样品49个,地下水样品6个。检测分析结果表明:该地块土壤与地下水环境质量能够满足作为第二类用地开发使用的要求,后续无需开展详细调查与健康风险评估工作。

The environmental site investigation were performed for the remaining site of a relocated electronic factory in HubeiProvince according to Technical specifications such as Technical Guidelines for Investigation on Soil Contamination of Land for Construction(HJ 25.1-2019),Technical Guidelines for Monitoring during Risk Control and Remediation of Soil Contamination of Land for Construction(HJ 25.2-2019),and Technical Guidelines for Soil Environmental Investigation and Assessment of Construction Land.49 soil samples and 6 groundwater samples were tested from 10 soil sampling points,4 groundwater sampling points and 1 soil and groundwater comparison point.The test and analysis results show that the environmental quality of the soil and groundwater in the land can meet the requirements of the development and use of the second type of land,and there is no need to carry out detailed investigation and health risk assessment.
