摘要
电梯轿厢面积、轿厢与井道壁之间的距离是保证电梯运行安全的重要指标。作者设计的电梯几何形态测量仪,结合了激光测距与蓝牙传输等技术,搭配有微处理器的高精度位移传感模块,并配合有自主开发的信息处理软件,实现了对电梯的轿厢面积、轿厢与井道壁间离的自动测量、判断等,减轻了检验人员的工作强度,提高了检验的精度和效率。
The area of the elevator car and the distance between the car and the shaft wall are important indexes to ensure the safety of the elevator operation.The elevator geometry measuring instrument designed by the author combines the technology of laser ranging and Bluetooth transmission,high-precision displacement sensor module with microprocessor,and information processing software developed independently.It realizes the automatic measurement and judgment of the lift car area and the distance between the lift car and the shaft wall,reduces the working intensity of the inspectors,and improves the accuracy of the inspection And efficiency.
