摘要 在巴基斯坦旁遮普省新建的9H大型联合循环机组电厂,建成后在夏季运行时经常出现空压机高温报警甚至跳机的情况,严重威胁电厂的安全稳定运行。通过分析排除机组本身设计问题,原因主要是因为当地夏季环境温度高,空压机房暖通设计不合理,冷却水实际运行时与计算值有差距,隔音罩设计不合理。对此提出改进措施降低空压机房温度,改进空压机闭式冷却水管路,增加冷却水入口滤网,改进隔音罩设计等对策。通过改造显著提高了电厂的安全稳定性。 In the newly built 9H large-scale combined cycle power plant in Punjab Province,Pakistan,the high temperature alarm or even machine jump of the air compressor often occurs in summer operation,which is a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the power plant.Through the analysis and elimination of the design problems of the unit itself,the main reason is that the local ambient temperature is high in summer,the HVAC design of air compressor room is unreasonable,there is a gap between the actual operation of cooling water and the calculated value,and the design of sound insulation cover is unreasonable.In view of these situations,some improvement measures are put forward,such as reducing the temperature of air compressor room,improving the closed cooling water pipe of air compressor,increasing the filter net of cooling water inlet,improving the design of sound insulation cover,and so on.Through the transformation,the safety and stability of the power plant has been significantly improved.
