材料成型与控制工程中的金属材料加工分析 被引量:4

摘要 近些年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,工业领域获得了更大的发展空间,各个相关的行业也取得了较大的进步。对于制造业来说,材料成型和控制工程的发展是决定制造业发展的重要因素,也是决定其快速发展的重要保障。因此需要注重材料成型与控制工程中的金属材料加工,选择恰当的加工工艺,提高机械制造的水平和质量。一般来说材料分为金属、非金属和复合材料三大类,经过加工形成一定的材料应用到工业当中。工程材料大多数是以新型的金属材料为主,因此所涉及到的加工程序和工艺都十分复杂。文章简单的概述了材料成型与控制工艺,阐述了金属材料挑选的使用性原则和环境性原则。探究了金属材料在成型过程中的几种加工工艺,并做好分析工作,为金属加工行业和控制工程提供一定的参考。 In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the industrial field has gained more development space,each related industry has also made great progress.For the manufacturing industry,the development of material forming and control engineering is an important factor that determines the development of the manufacturing industry and an important guarantee for its rapid development.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to metal material processing in material forming and control engineering,choose appropriate processing technology,and improve the level and quality of mechanical manufacturing.Generally speaking,the materials are divided into metal,nonmetal and composite materials.Most of the engineering materials are new metal materials,so the processing procedures and processes involved are very complex.This paper briefly summarizes the material forming and control process,and expounds the usability and environmental principles of metal material selection.This paper probes into several processing technologies of metal materials in the forming process,and makes a good analysis of them,so as to provide certain reference for metal processing industry and control engineering.
