汽车CAE仿真流程在工程机械中的应用

CAE仿真技术在汽车中应用十分成熟,技术的应用贯穿了汽车研发设计的全过程,对降低产品的开发成本和缩短产品研发周期具有重要的意义。工程机械行业相比汽车行业来说,CAE仿真技术尚未系统化的应用。文章借鉴汽车行业CAE仿真流程,结合工程机械行业的具体现状,给出工程机械行业CAE仿真流程的方法和思路,为工程机械的CAE仿真提供参考。

The application of CAE simulation technology in the automobile is very mature,and the application of the technology runs through the whole process of automobile research and development,which is of great significance to reduce the product development cost and shorten the product development cycle.Compared with the automobile industry,CAE simulation technology has not been systematically applied in the construction machinery industry.This paper draws lessons from the CAE simulation process of the automobile industry,combined with the specific situation of the construction machinery industry,gives the methods and ideas of the CAE simulation process of the construction machinery industry,and provides a reference for the CAE simulation of the construction machinery.
