基于磁压榨技术的气管食管瘘闭合修补装置的设计 被引量:14

摘要 目的:设计基于磁压榨技术的气管食管瘘闭合修补的磁性装置,并通过动物实验验证其可行性。方法:装置由压榨磁体和夹持钳组成,压榨磁体为采用钕铁硼材料制作而成的具有不同截面的条形磁体,表面以镍铜镍-氮化钛复合镀层;夹持钳的钳口被设计为与压榨磁体相配套的不同结构,钳口借助钳臂的平行联动结构传递磁体。结果:在2只犬动物模型上使用该装置实施磁压榨气管食管瘘闭合修补手术,均获成功。结论:基于磁压榨技术的气管食管瘘闭合修补装置可用于气管食管瘘闭合修补,初步实验验证安全可行,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To design a magnetic device for the closed repair of tracheoesophageal fistula based on the principle of magnetic compression technique,and verify its feasibility by animal experiments.Methods The device consisted of squeezing magnets and supporting clamps.The squeezing magnets were bar magnets with different cross sections made of sintered-type neodymium-iron-boron(NdFeB,N45),and were all plated with nickel copper nickel-titanium nitride composite coating on the external surfaces.The clamp head was designed with different structures to match with the squeezing magnets,and it controlled the closing of the squeezing magnets by the linked clamp arms.Results The closed repair operation of magnetic squeezing tracheoesophageal fistula was successfully performed on two dog animal models.Conclusion The device based on magnetic compression technique can be used for tracheoesophageal fistula closure and repair.It proves its safety and feasibility by preliminary experiments,and is of great value for clinical application.
