摘要
目的:旨在探索髓鞘碱性蛋白衍生多肽对环境性恐惧记忆获得的影响。方法:合成髓鞘碱性蛋白衍生多肽MBP87-99[A^91,P^96]、MBP87-99[A^91,A^96]、MBP87-99[R^91,A^96],在大鼠环境性恐惧记忆训练开始前7 d皮下注射给药,于环境性恐惧记忆训练后第2 d进行恐惧记忆测试。结果:MBP87-99[A^91,A^96]预先单次给药增加了环境性恐惧记忆测试中大鼠的僵直行为。结论:髓鞘碱性蛋白衍生多肽MBP87-99[A^91,A^96]可促进环境性恐惧记忆获得。
Objective:To investigate the effect of myelin basic protein altered peptides on acquisition of contextual fear memory. Methods:MBP87-99[A^91,P^96], MBP87-99[A^91,A^96] and MBP87-99[R^91,A^96] were synthesized, and injected subcutaneously into rats seven days before training of contextual fear memory. Contextual fear memory was tested 24 hours after training. Results:A single dose of MBP87-99[A^91,A^96] increased freezing behavior of rats during contextual fear memory test. Conclusion:Myelin basic protein altered peptide, MBP87-99[A^91,A^96], promoted acquisition of contextual fear memory.
