摘要
大型矿井运输线路长、运量大,运输系统的可靠性对矿井产量有较大影响,为了提高运输系统的可靠性,解决矿井煤炭缓存的问题,设计提出了在运输线路上布置斜煤仓缓冲系统方案,斜煤仓采用反井钻机施工。本次斜煤仓系统的设计及施工解决了大型矿井煤炭缓存的问题,提高了辅助运输的管理效率和煤炭运输系统的可靠性,对于类似矿井大容量缓冲斜煤仓的设计及施工具有参考意义。
The transportation of large-scale mines has long lines and huge volume,the reliability of transportation system has great impact on mine output. In order to improve the reliability of transportation system and solve the problem of coal transportation buffering,it is proposed to arrange inclined coal bunker in the transportation line. The buffering system and the inclined coal bunker are constructed using raise boring construction. The design and construction of this coal bunker has solved the problem of coal buffering in large mines,improved the management efficiency of auxiliary transportation and the reliability of coal transportation system. It can provide references for the design and construction of similar large-capacity inclined buffering coal bunker.
