大采高综采工作面回撤通道临断层围岩控制技术研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对付村煤矿大采高综采工作面停采线临断层无预掘回撤通道时液压支架回撤周期长、安全性差等问题,提出了临断层预掘单一回撤通道的方案。通过数值模拟研究了工作面开采扰动前后回撤通道距离断层1m、3m、5m三种情况的围岩变形量及应力变化情况,综合考虑巷道围岩稳定性与资源回收率两方面因素,确定了回撤通道距离断层3m的布置方案。同时提出了回撤通道锚网梯(索)的支护方案,通过进行现场巷道围岩量变形观测,表明支护方案可行,能够满足支架回撤的要求。 A pre-excavation scheme with single retracement channel is proposed,aiming at the long period and poor safety of hydraulic support retracement without pre-excavation retracement channel in Fucun Coal Mine.Through numerical simulation,the deformation and stress changes of surrounding rock after mining are studied under three conditions in which the retracement channel is 1 m,3 m and 5 m away from fault.Considering the surrounding rock stability and recovery rate,the layout scheme with the retracement channel 3 m away from fault is determined.At the same time,the supporting scheme of anchor net ladder(cable)in retracement channel is put forward.According to the observation of deformation of surrounding rock of roadway on site,the supporting scheme is feasible and can meet the requirement of support retracement.
