摘要
介绍了一种大悬臂6101B铝合金型材的试验过程。试验研究了铸锭均匀化工艺、挤压模具设计、挤压工艺及淬火时效工艺对型材力学性能、电导率、型材各部分尺寸焊缝质量的影响,最终确定了该型材的最佳生产工艺。
This paper introduced the test process of 6101B aluminum alloy profile of large cantilevers.The effects of ingot homogenization,extrusion die design,extrusion process and quenching aging process on the mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and weld quality of profile were studied.Finally,the optimum productiou process of the profile was determined.
