摘要
某患者体内植入的TA2钛接骨板发生断裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法对接骨板断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:TA2钛接骨板材料经冷变形处理后组织中存在较大的残余应力是接骨板发生断裂的重要原因,接骨板断裂形式为裂纹由接骨板外侧向内侧扩展的解理脆断。
The TA2 titanium bone plate implanted in a patient broke.The fracture causes of bone plate were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the large residual stress in the structure of TA2 titanium plate after cold deformation was an important reason for the fracture of the bone plate,and the fracture form of the plate was cleavage brittle fracture with cracks extending from the outside to the inside of the bone plate.
