摘要
机器人能够代替人工上下料作业,通过自动供料料仓、输送带等方式,实现高效的自动上下料系统。本文主要介绍了通过S7-1500将现场的4台ABB机器人进行PROFINET组态与通信,并通过OPC UA协议,由远端的KEPSERVER进行客户端访问,实现机器人现场端与管理端信息的交互。
The robot can replace the manual loading and unloading operations, and realizes an efficient automatic loading and unloading system through automatic feeding silos and conveyor belts. This paper mainly introduces the PROFINET configuration and communication of 4 ABB robots on the site through S7-1500, and the client access by remote KEPSERVER through OPC UA protocol, so as to realize the information interaction between the field end and the management end of the robot.
