基于表面视觉恢复技术的SMT焊点图像三维重构

摘要 目前,焊点质量检测方法大多在二维测试模式下工作,无法在三维质量信息层面对焊点进行评估。本文研究基于表面视觉恢复技术的SMT焊点图像三维重构技术,为三维焊点质量检测提供了依据。仿真结果表明,本文算法能够较好地重构SMT焊点三维图像。
