It is the goal and pursuit of cultural and scientific innovation to consolidate and sublimate the value dimension using technology dimension and content dimension.The fusion of literature and art and Internet+and new media provides us effective chances to study the innovation of culture and technology.This article studies two cases,that is,Internet+literature and art organizations,and new media+Chinese folk art forms.Both cases integrate data and information,realize digital transformation and network application,and promote integration media cluster and content innovation It points out that to establish new media cluster such as official website,weibo,wechat,mobile application products,and all kinds of communication platforms.and to innovate ways of literary and artistic communication such as live broadcasting,virtual reality,cloud theater,and all-media communication can help form a large-scale content innovation production capacity.To transform literary and artistic works into the popular online literary and artistic form can realize the unity of technical dimension and the content dimension and consolidate the sublimation value dimension.
