马克思的经济理论没有穷尽马克思时代经济问题的研究,而且资本主义在发展中出现了新的变化,社会主义也面对市场经济建设的新课题,这些都要求进行理论创新。理论创新应该在认清国情的前提下大胆借鉴西方经济学中有价值的理论观点、分析方法和政策主张。

Karl Marx did not fully cover the economic problems of his age in his researches. New changes have been taken place in the development of capitalism. At the same time, socialist countries are facing with the new problem of establishing the market economy. All these demand innovation of theories. We should draw on the experiences of western economics and use the valuable theories, methods of analysis, and policies for reference. 
