骨质疏松症是一种常见骨病,其并发症骨折的发生风险高。骨质疏松症的治疗药物主要包括骨矿化促进剂、骨吸收抑制药、骨形成促进剂、其他机制类药物和中药等。本文旨在对骨质疏松症国内外药物治疗现状加以综述。

Osteoporosis is a common bone disease with high risk of fracture complications.Osteoporosis treatment drugs mainly include bone mineralization promoters,bone resorption inhibitors,bone formation promoters,other mechanism drugs and traditional Chinese medicine.This article aims to review the current situation of drug therapy for osteoporosis at home and abroad.
