摘要
红参和黑参均属于人参炮制品,含有的稀有皂苷被证明在有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等方面有较好的作用。但由于稀有皂苷含量少,红参黑参中稀有皂苷的含量测定成为当前研究的热点和难点。文章就高效液相色谱法、超高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法、近红外光谱法及其他一些方法在红参黑参中稀有皂苷含量测定及分析方面的应用进行了综述。
Red ginseng and black ginseng are processed products of ginseng,containing rare saponins which have been proved to have good effects in immune regulation,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and other aspects.However,due to the low content of rare saponins,the determination of rare saponins in red ginseng and black ginseng has become a hot and difficult point in current research.In this paper,HPLC,UPLC,HPLC-MS,NIRS and other methods were reviewed in the determination and analysis of rare saponins in red ginseng and black ginseng.
