不同灸量隔药灸治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的疗效对比研究

A comparative study on the therapeutic effect of herbs-partition moxibustion with different dosages on primary dysmenorrhea with cold-coagulation and blood-stasis syndrome

目的观察不同灸量隔药灸治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的临床疗效及对其生存质量的影响,探讨隔药灸治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的适宜灸量。方法选取50例原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证患者,将其随机分成2组,各25例。A 组每次每穴隔药灸治4壮,B组每次每穴隔药灸治8壮。2组每个月经周期均施灸7次,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、VAS评分、疼痛持续时间及生存质量的变化,比较2组之间的差异。结果治疗后,2组的中医证候疗效、VAS评分、痛经疼痛持续时间、生存质量各领域评分均较治疗前有所改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但治疗后2组之间各指标比较未见明显差异(P>0.05),2组疗效未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论隔药灸能显著提高原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证患者的生存质量,改善临床症状,减少患者痛经疼痛持续时间,不同灸量对疗效的影响区别较小,建议临床灸治4壮。

Objective To observe the effect of different therapeutic amount of interstitial moxibustion on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore the appropriate dosage of herbs-partition moxibustion.Methods Fifty patients with primary dysmenorrhea were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.In group A,4 Zhuang was treated with moxibustion at each point,and in group B,8 Zhuang was treated with moxibustion at each point.Moxibustion was performed 7 times in each menstrual cycle and 3 menstrual cycles were treated continuously in the two groups.The changes of TCM syndrome score,VAS score,pain duration and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,VAS scores,duration of dysmenorrhea pain and quality of life in both groups changed significantly (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05),and the two groups showed equivalent effect (P>0.05).Conclusion Herbal moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,and reduce the duration of dysmenorrhea pain.There is little difference between different dosages is equivalent.Therefore,it is suggested that clinical moxibustion should be 4 Zhuang.
