柴芍六君子汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的近远期疗效观察

Short-term and long-term effects of modified Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on type 2 diabetes

目的观察柴芍六君子汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的近、远期疗效。方法选取2015年11月-2017年6月收治的初诊2型糖尿病患者164例,按照随机抽签的方式分为对照组和观察组,各82例。对照组给予阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予柴芍六君子汤加减治疗,2组均治疗观察8周,记录与随访2组预后。结果治疗后观察组的总有效率为98.8%,显著高于对照组的85.4%(P<0.05);2组治疗后的FINS与HOMA-β都显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组也显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间的不良反应主要为低血糖、恶心、腹泻、嗜睡等,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后随访2年,观察组心理应对、身体健康、积极影响、生活打扰与生活满意度评分都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴芍六君子汤加减治疗糖尿病能提高患者的近期疗效,改善胰岛β细胞功能,不会增加不良反应的发生,且能提高患者的长期生活质量。

Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term effects of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 164 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were given acarbose+ metformin treatment,the observation group were given Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,both groups were treated for 8 weeks,and the prognosis of the two groups were recorded and followed up.Results The total effective rate in the observation group after treatment was 98.8%,which was significantly higher than 85.4% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FINS and HOMA-β in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05),and in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The adverse reactions in both groups were mainly hypoglycemia,nausea,diarrhea and lethargy,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After 2 years of followed-up,the psychological coping,physical health,positive effects,life interruption and life satisfaction scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can improve the short-term curative effect of patients with diabetes,improve the function of islet β-cells,not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the long-term quality of life of patients.
