舒缓方治疗肝郁气滞型经前期综合征的疗效研究

Effect of Shuhuan Decoction on premenstrual syndrome with liver depression and qi stagnation

目的观察舒缓方对肝郁气滞型经前期综合征的疗效以及血清性激素和神经递质水平的影响。方法选择经前期综合征患者96例,按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。对照组口服维生素B6 片,每次20 mg,每天3次。观察组在对照组治疗基础上自拟舒缓方治疗,每次1剂,每日2次。2组连续治疗3个月。比较2组肝郁气滞症状评分、临床疗效、血清性激素[雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、黄体酮(P)]和神经递质[5-羟色胺(HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组肝郁气滞证症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清E2、PRL、5-HT、NE水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上,舒缓方治疗经前期综合征肝郁气滞证的疗效明显,并能调节血清性激素(E2、P、PRL)和神经递质(5-HT、NE)水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shuhuan Decoction in treating premenstrual syndrome cases with syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation and its effect on serum levels of sex hormones (E2,P,PRL) and neurotransmitters (5-HT,NE).Methods A total 96 patients with premenstrual syndrome were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the number table method,48 cases for each group.The control group was orally given with vitamin B6 tablets,20 mg each time and 3 times a day.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the observation group took Shuhuan Decoction,once a dose and 2 times a day.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The efficacy,serum sex hormone (E2,P,PRL) and neurotransmitter (5-HT,NE) levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,scores of the symptom syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of E2,PRL,5-HT and NE in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Combined with the conventional Western medicine treatment,Shuhuan Decoction can premenstrual syndrome cases with syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation is significant,and regulate serum sex hormone (E2,P,PRL) and neurotransmitter (5-HT,NE) levels.
