头皮针联合言语康复治疗脑卒中后运动性失语

Treatment of motor aphasia after stroke with scalp acupuncture and speech rehabilitation

目的探讨头皮针联合言语康复在干预脑卒中后运动性失语方面的疗效,对头皮针结合言语康复和单纯言语康复的疗效进行比较。方法选取脑卒中后运动性失语患者76例,按随机对照原则分成治疗组和对照组,每组38例。2组均予以言语康复训练,治疗组在此前的基础上联合头皮针治疗。观察2组在中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语检查表(CRRCAE)得分,对患者言语功能进行评价。结果治疗组治疗后CRRCAE中的各项言语功能评分均明显高于治疗组治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94.7%,优于对照组的89.4%(P<0.05)。结论头皮针联合言语康复治疗脑卒中后运动性失语效果更为明显。

Objective To explore the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation in the intervention of motor aphasia after stroke,and to compare the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation and speech rehabilitation alone.Methods A total of 76 cases with motor aphasia after stroke were divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were intervened with speech rehabilitation training,and on the basis of that,the treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture.The scores of Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE) were observed to evaluate the patients’ speech function in both groups.Results The speech function scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group and the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.7% in the treatment group and 89.4% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation is more effective in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.
