预处理策略护理对新生儿PICC置管并发症的预防效果

Preventive effect of preconditioning strategy on complications of peripherally inserted central catheter catheterization in neonates

目的观察预处理策略护理对新生儿经外周静脉中心静脉置管(PICC)并发症的预防作用及临床护理效果。方法选取840例PICC置管新生儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各420例。观察组通过全方位预处理方案进行,对照组通过常规护理方式进行,对比2组的并发症发生率和家长认同度。结果观察组置管的时间长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(8.33%)较对照组(15.00%)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿PICC置管过程中进行全方位预处理策略护理,可以明显减少并发症的发生,家长认同度相对很高,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of pretreatment strategy on the complications of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) catheterization.Methods A total of 840 cases of neonatal PICC catheterization were selected,and randomly divided into observation group (n=420) and control group (n=420).The observation group was treated with a comprehensive pretreatment strategy nursing program,and the control group was treated with routine nursing,the incidence of complications and parental satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results The catheterization time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group (8.33%) was lower than that in the control group (15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the neonatal PICC catheterization process,comprehensive pretreatment strategy nursing can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications,and the parents have higher satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
