危重患者肠内喂养执行流程对早期肠内喂养达标率的影响

Effect of enteral feeding process on critically ill patients’ early enteral feeding rate

目的探讨实施危重患者肠内喂养执行流程对患者早期肠内喂养达标率的影响。方法选取接受早期肠内营养治疗的74例危重患者,按入院时间分为观察组和对照组,各37例。观察组接受肠内喂养执行流程护理,对照组接受常规护理。比较2组第7天营养相关临床检验指标、喂养完成情况、误吸发生率及ICU住院天数的差异。结果观察组喂养完成情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ICU住院天数较对照组减少,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论实施危重患者肠内喂养执行流程能够提高危重患者第4天肠内营养完成率、第7天肠内营养完成率、7天内肠内营养达标率,减少ICU住院时间。

Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of enteral feeding in critically ill patients on the rate of early enteral feeding in patients.Methods Seventy-four critically ill patients who received early enteral nutrition treatment were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of admission,with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group received enteral feeding execution process nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.On the 7th day,the difference of nutrition-related clinical test index,feeding completion,incidence of aspiration and ICU hospitalization days were compared in two groups.Results The feeding completion of the test group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the ICU hospitalization days in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of enteral feeding for critically ill patients can improve the completion rate of enteral nutrition on the 4th day,the completion rate of enteral nutrition on the 7th day,and the compliance rate of enteral nutrition on the 7th day,and reduce the length of ICU hospitalization.
