美国LEED绿色建筑评价标准在上海烟草集团浦东科技创新园区项目中的应用分析

Application and Analysis on LEED in New Construction Project of Science and Technology Innovation Park of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.,Ltd.

美国LEED标准是目前被世界多数国家参考并接受的绿色建筑评价标准。浦东科技创新园区南地块为科技研发中心,建筑功能以科研试验为主,辅以相应配套办公及后勤措施。南地块共拟建19个子项单体,其中501#单体为创新楼,主办公功能,建设单位要求该单体获得LEED绿色建筑评价标准金级认证的要求。文章主要分析了LEED标准在501#单体设计和施工中的应用亮点,以及投入使用后所带来的环保节能效果和收益。

LEED green building rating standards is now referenced and accepted by most countries in the world.Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.,Ltd proposes requirements for LEED gold certification to the 501#building in its new construction project of Science and Technology Innovation Park.This paper mainly analyzes some application highlights with LEED standards during the design and construction process of501#building.Besides,it lists a number of energy efficiency and benefits after this Innovation Park being put into use.
