较曲安奈德尿素软膏与复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎的效果对比

Comparison of Triamcinolone Acetonide Urea Ointment and Compound Flumisone Ointment in the Treatment of Eczema Dermatitis

目的比较湿疹皮炎患者接受复方氟米松软膏及曲安奈德尿素软膏药物治疗效果。方法选择80例2017年4月~2019年4月收治的湿疹皮炎患者,按照治疗模式将其分为对照组(40例,安奈德尿素软膏)与研究组(40例,复方氟米松软膏),对比两组患者治疗有效性与不良反应。结果对照组40例湿疹皮炎患者有效治疗数值为28(70.00%),研究组40例湿疹皮炎患者有效治疗数值为37(92.5%),χ^2=6.646 2,P=0.009 9(<0.05);对照组40例湿疹皮炎患者不良反应数值为9(22.5%),研究组40例湿疹皮炎患者不良反应数值为2(5.00%),χ^2=5.164 7,P=0.023 0(<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏相比于曲安奈德尿素软膏临床应用中不良反应症状少、重复发作率低,能够有效改善湿疹皮炎症状,有效性更高。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of compound flumisone ointment and triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment on patients with eczema and dermatitis. Methods 80 patients with eczema and dermatitis admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into two groups according to the treatment mode: the control group(40 cases, anid urea ointment) and the study group(40 cases, compound flumisone ointment), and the treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective treatment value of 40 patients with eczema and dermatitis in the control group was 28(70.00%), and that of the study group was 4 The effective treatment value of 0 eczema dermatitis patient was 37(92.5%), χ^2=6.646 2, P=0.009 9(<0.05);the adverse reaction value of 40 eczema dermatitis patients in the control group was 9(22.5%), the adverse reaction value of 40 eczema dermatitis patients in the study group was 2(5.00%), χ^2=5.164 7, P=0.023 0(<0.05). Conclusions Compared with triamcinolone acetonide urea ointment, compound Flumetasone Ointment has less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate, which can effectively improve the symptoms of eczema and dermatitis, with higher effectiveness and high clinical application value.
