I.Introduction In August 1956,a selected group of scientists,such as John McCarthy,Marvin Minsky,Claude Shannon,Allen Newell and Herbert Simon,gathered at the Dartmouth Summer Conference,on which the concept of Artificial Intelligence(Al)was first used.1 McCarthy proposed at the conference that the Al study is"to proceed on the basis of the conjecture that every aspect of learning or any other feature of intelligenee can in principle be so precisely described that a machine can be made to simulate it.
