新冠肺炎疫情下外科医生如何做到有备无患

Surgeons should be well prepared under the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019

目前,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势还非常严峻。作为新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者定点收治医院的普通外科医生,在尚未有新冠肺炎确诊的外科患者诊疗的实战经验下,如何做到有备无患,防患于未然,为需要外科干预的新冠肺炎患者提供及时有效的救助,值得思考。根据国家卫健委《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版)》、《医疗机构内新型冠状病毒感染预防与控制技术指南(第一版)》的指导建议,本研究认为应该在院前筛查、手术时机选择、术后院内感染防控几方面做好充分的准备。同时,外科医生应该加强有关新型冠状病毒肺炎专业知识、国家政策的学习,在抗击疫情工作中贡献自己的一份力量。

At present,the corona virus disease 2019 epidemic situation is still severe.As a general surgeon in the hospital designated for the diagnosis and cure corona virus disease 2019 patients,it is worth thinking that how to take prevention measures for any possible emergency and provide help for corona virus disease 2019 confirmed patients timely and effectively without any experience about treatment of confirmed surgical patients with corona virus disease 2019.According to advices from the national health commission-"corona virus disease 2019 diagnosis and treatment program(proposed fifth edition)","the novel coronavirus infection prevention and control technology guide in medical institutions(first edition)",the study suggests that it is necessary to be fully prepared in admission screening,choice of operation time,postoperative hospital infection prevention and control.At the same time,surgeons should strengthen the professional knowledge of corona virus disease 2019,learning about national policies,to contribute their own part in the fight against the epidemic.
