市级三甲医院如何科学应对新冠肺炎疫情——以宝鸡市中心医院实践为例

How do prefecture third-level hospital respond scientifically to Corona Virus Disease 2019 epidemic situation--taking the practice of Baoji Central Hospital as an example

目的以宝鸡市中心医院为例,探讨市级三甲医院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的实践经验。方法医院采用建立健全管理体系和运行机制、完善后勤体系、避免医患感染、加强物资管控、加强纪律监督等措施加强疫情管控。治疗方案采用中西医结合,辨证施治,并对患者进行心理评估及疏导。结果2020年1月28日至2020年2月21日,我院共收住确诊新冠肺炎患者13例,男7例,女6例。年龄27~71岁,平均49.5岁。轻型患者1例,普通型8例,重型3例,危重型1例。上级医院转诊危重型患者1例,治愈出院11例,住院日8~15 d,平均12.3 d。全部出院患者均获得随访,随访期间无复发及人传人病例,全院医护人员实现零感染。结论通过探索与实践,宝鸡市中心医院在防控防治新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中取得了初步成效,经验值得地市级医院推广应用。

Objective To explore the practical experience of prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 epidemic situation in prefecture third-level hospital,taking Baoji Central Hospital as an example.Methods Our hospital has adopted measures such as establishing and improving management systems,operating mechanisms,improving logistics systems,avoiding doctor-patient infections,strengthening material control and strengthening discipline supervision to strengthen epidemic management.The treatment plan was integrated with traditional Chinese and western medicine and syndrome differentiation,and conducted psychological assessment and counseling for patients.Results From January 28,2020 to February 18,2020,13 patients with confirmed Corona Virus Disease 2019 were admitted in our hospital,including 7 males and 6 females.The age ranged from 27 to 71 years,with an average of 49.5 years.There were 1 case of light type,8 cases of normal type,3 cases of heavy type and 1 case of severe type,1 severe type patient was transferred to a higher-level hospital,and 11 cases were cured and discharged,and the days of hospitalization ranged from 8 to 15 days,with an average of 12.3 days.All patients were followed up,no recurrence and human-to-human cases were observed during the follow-up period,and the hospital staff achieved zero infection.Conclusion Through exploration and practice,Baoji Central Hospital has achieved initial results in the prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 epidemic situation,and its experiences are worthy of popularization and application in municipal hospital.
