Psychological Capital Intervention For Employment Stability of Undergraduates

摘要 "90后"大学生作为新生代知识型员工,逐渐成为企业的基础和中坚力量。而本科毕业生离职率一直居高不下,其就业稳定性呈逐年下降的趋势。职业心理问题是影响就业稳定性的重要因素之一,良好的职业心理能帮助大学生尽早完成社会化进程。因此,本篇基于PCI模型,从心理资本干预角度,针对新入职大学生在职过程中出现的心理问题,提出相应心理资本干预策略,帮助其尽早融入组织,完成社会化,从而为本科毕业生就业稳定性的提高提供一定的借鉴意义。 As the new generation of knowledge workers,post-90s college students have gradually become the foundation and backbone of enterprises.However,the dimission rate of undergraduate graduates has been high and their employment stability has been declining year by year.Occupational psychology is one of the important factors affecting employment stability.Good occupational psychology can help college student-s complete the socialization process as soon as possible.Therefore,based on the PCI model and from the perspective of psychological capital intervention,this paper proposes corresponding strategies for psychological capital intervention to help new college students integrate into the organization and complete socialization as soon as possible,so as to provide certain reference for the improvement of employment stability of undergraduate graduates.
