摘要
近年来,高校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,稳就业压力加大,"就业难""招聘难"这一结构性矛盾长期存在。随着移动互联网、大数据、云计算等现代网络技术的广泛发展,当前的大学生就业指导方式、水平等难以适应新形势要求,就业指导的实效和质量亟待提升。大数据背景下做好大学生就业指导工作应积极运用数据思维和信息技术对大学生职业测评、学业表现、行为习惯等进行数据的收集、分析和价值发掘,为实现就业指导的精准化、科学化提供依据。
In recent years,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious,the pressure of steady employment is increasing,and the structural contradiction of"difficult employment"and"difficult to recruit"persists for a long time.With the extensive development of modem network technology such as mobile Internet,big data and cloud computing,the current employment guidance mode and level of college students are difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new situation,and the effectiveness and quality of employment guidance need to be improved.Under the background of big data,we should actively use data thinking and information technology to collect,analyze and explore the value of the data on the professional evaluation,academic performance and behavior habits of college students,so as to provide the basis for the accurate and scientific employment guidance.
