男护士对护理科研畏难心理的影响因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of male nurses'fear of difficulty in scientific research

目的调查河南省男护士科研畏难心理的发生情况并分析其影响因素,为干预方案的制定提供理论依据。方法便利抽样法抽取河南省男护士224名,采用一般资料调查问卷、护士科研畏难心理问卷、自我效能量表及社会支持评定量表对其进行问卷调查,并通过单因素和Logistic回归分析男护士科研畏难心理的影响因素。结果224名男护士中,58.93%存在护理科研畏难心理。Logistic回归分析表明,男护士的第一学历、自我效能、客观支持和支持利用度是影响其科研畏难心理的主要因素(OR=0.145、0.606、0.807、0.570,P<0.05)。结论护理管理工作者应重视男护士对护理科研的畏难心理,并通过规范培训、成立男护士护理科研小组、建立科研奖励制度等措施来鼓励男护士积极进行护理科研。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of male nurses'fear of difficulty in scientific research in Henan province and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of intervention programs.Methods A total of 224 male nurses in Henan province were enrolled by convenience sampling method.Questionnaires including general information questionnaire,nurses'fear of difficulty in scientific research questionnaire,self-efficacy scale and social support rating scale were used to carry out the questionnaire survey.The influencing factors of male nurses'fear of difficulty in scientific research were analyzed by single factor and Logistic regression.Results Among 224 male nurses,58.93%were fear of difficulty in nursing scientific research.Logistic regression analysis showed that first degree,self-efficacy,objective support and support utilization of male nurses were the influencing factors of fear of difficulty in scientific research(OR=0.145,0.606,0.807,0.570,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing managers should attach importance to male nurses'fear of difficulty in nursing scientific research,and encourage male nurses to actively carry out nursing scientific research by standardizing training,establishing male nurses'nursing scientific research team and scientific research award system.
