认知行为疗法联合银质针导热疗法和关节腔三氧注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎伴抑郁患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy and intra-articular trioxygenation injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with depression

目的探讨认知行为疗法(CBT)联合银质针导热疗法和关节腔三氧注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)伴抑郁患者的临床效果。方法将80例KOA伴抑郁症患者随机分为Ⅰ组(CBT+银质针导热疗法+关节腔三氧注射治疗)、Ⅱ组(银质针导热疗法+关节腔三氧注射治疗),各40例。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的PRI、VAS、PPI评分及SF-MPQ总分均逐渐降低(P<0.05)。治疗后第8周末,Ⅰ组的HAMD评分低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组的临床疗效优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论CBT联合银质针导热疗法和关节腔三氧注射治疗能改善KOA伴抑郁患者的抑郁情绪,并有效缓解其疼痛程度,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy and intra-articular trioxygenation injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with KOA and depression were randomly divided into groupⅠ(CBT+silver needle heat conduction therapy+intra-articular trioxygenation injection)and groupⅡ(silver needle heat conduction therapy+intra-articular trioxygenation injection),with 40 cases in each group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of PRI,VAS,PPI and SF-MPQ total score in the two groups decreased gradually(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week after treatment,the HAMD score in the groupⅠwas lower than that in the groupⅡ(P<0.05).The clinical effect of treatment in the groupⅠwas better than that in the groupⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion CBT combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy and intra-articular trioxygenation injection can improve the depression of patients with KOA and depression,effectively alleviate the degree of pain,and improve the clinical efficacy.
