摘要 目的探讨肌电生物反馈(EMG-BF)联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动及认知功能的改善效果。方法将80例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予康复治疗,观察组给予康复训练联合EMG-BF治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组肩关节外展、外旋、内旋的活动度、上肢各项FMA评分、MoCA、SS-QOL评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论EMG-BF联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者,可有效改善上肢运动运动、认知功能及生活质量。 Objective To explore the improvement effect of electromyographic biofeedback(EMG-BF)combined with rehabilitation training on upper extremity motor function and cognitive function in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods Eighty hemiplegic patients after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training combined with EMG-BF.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the mobility of abduction,extemal rotation and internal rotation,scores of FMA of upper extremity,MoCA and SS-QOL in the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EMG-BF combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the upper extremity movement,cognitive function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients after stroke.
