经皮单向实心椎弓根钉内固定术对胸腰椎骨折患者胸腰椎功能的影响

Effect of percutaneous one-way solid pedicle screw internal fixation on thoracolumbar function in patients with thoracolumbar fracture

目的探讨经皮单向实心椎弓根钉内固定术对胸腰椎骨折患者胸腰椎功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的70例胸腰椎骨折患者,随机将其分为对照组(35例,椎弓根螺钉固定术)和观察组(35例,经皮单向实心椎弓根钉内固定术)。比较两组手术效果。结果观察组手术时间、术后下床时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组的椎体前缘高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮单向实心椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折手术创伤小,有助于提高胸腰椎功能改善效果及手术安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous one-way solid pedicle screw internal fixation on thoracolumbar function in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were selected and randomly divided into control group(35 cases,pedicle screw fixation)and observation group(35 cases,percutaneous one-way solid pedicle screw internal fixation).The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The times of operation and getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the ODI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);three months after operation,there was no significant difference in injured vertebral anterior edge height between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous one-way solid pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture is less traumatic,which is helpful to improve the effect of thoracolumbar function improvement and operation safety.
